Sushma Seth has been committed to theatre for children since the inception of Childrens Creative Theatre, founded by her in 1969. She was a pioneer in introducing childrens theatre activities at the National School of Drama in 1979, and has been working with the children of a re-settled slum colony served by an NGO, Arpana, for over a decade. Sushma aims to encourage and guide drama teachers and leaders, working in the field of dramatics, with practical knowledge and experience.
